Scoring Operations

Using your properly-licensed Meet Manager software, we offer Hy-Tek Meet Manager operation during your meet to process results (hand-Scoring or FAT) and create results sheets for on-location posting.

Meet Management

Complete Meet Management with the following possible services (based upon your Hy-Tek license):

Pre-Meet Registration

Event Seeding (available with pre-meet registration)

Heat Sheets, Finish Line & Field Event Score Sheets

Athlete/Entry Labels

Custom Award Labels

Processing of Results during your meet (either hand-timed or FAT)

Complete Results posted as Events Conclude

Results posted to our website within 12 hours of conclusion of meet.

Results available for posting to your own website.

Results emailed to Coaches on request

Results available for Media

You will need to provide a fully-functioning electronic Scoring system (if desired) and a properly-licensed version of Hy-Tek's Meet Manager software.

Training Services

Vivienne Wiltberger is a Certified Hy-Tek Trainer. Training is available for both Meet Manager and Team Manager and can be scheduled on a personal basis or as a small clinic. In addition, Phone & Email Support can be available for those who are participating in a 'TrackTime Colorado' managed event.

Other Associates

With advanced notice, TrackTime can provide experienced clerks, starters, announcers, officials and timers. Fees for these additional workers are determined by the individual worker.
